Cooler temps and cozy mornings mean one thing: all 4 of my kids would rather sit curled up in a blanket with their iPads then come near the kitchen for breakfast. I don’t blame them- I’m in the same boat too! But because I can’t in good conscience opt for Ninja Kidz over breakfast, I’m one step ahead with a batch of muffins they can munch and watch together… or eat on the go when we’re running out the door for school! 
 
Below you’ll find some of my family’s favorite muffin recipes. Make a batch on the weekend to enjoy all week! Or make a double batch and freeze, reheat for 20 seconds in the microwave, and you have breakfast in no time. Or breakfast just in time for your next show. 😉
