I have experience developing science-based nutrition messaging for both health professional and consumer-focused outreach programs for promotional, educational, and web-based materials. Menu and Meal Planning

I love making kid-friendly, healthy menus and revisits existing menus to provide healthier options. Menu options are based on specific criteria, such as heart-healthy, kid-friendly, food allergies and more.

Recipe Development and Analysis

In my home kitchen, I develop and test healthful recipes that showcase current food trends, the latest nutrition research, and taste preferences of all ages. I can also revisit existing recipes to reflect healthier cooking techniques and flavor profiles and calculate nutritional analysis for recipes and menus.

Brand Ambassador

One of the things I love to do on the Mom to Mom Nutrition blog is to share about the many brands my family and I use on a daily basis. Ambassador activities could include sponsored blog posts, Twitter party hosting and development, and product giveaways and reviews.
