Hi! I’m Katie. A busy single Mom of 4 kids [10 and under!]. 

Thanks for stopping by my online cooking space. I created Mom to Mom Nutrition to share real-life stories and tips about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to raising a healthy family. This is a community to share ideas, recipes, and most of all, give one another a pat on the back. Because feeding kids is hard. A lot harder than I ever thought!

On the blog, you’ll find me sharing a lot about my day-to-day, which revolves around feeding my family and trying to keep my sense of humor in the process. Forget a clean kitchen. Things get messy and wild in our house! 

My training and education as a Registered Dietitian has instilled a passion within me to raise a healthy family- and keep myself healthy, energized, and strong throughout that process. Which is REALLY hard to do.
