What a great round-up of GREEN recipes! Thanks for including my spinach banana mini muffins; they are a serious favorite in our house! Love all the other veggie-loaded dishes here too and can’t wait to try some of these on my little ones 🙂

Great round up! It’s amazing how kids will eat up those leafy greens when they’re mixed in with cheese, pasta, and other foods they love! I like to add spinach to my tomato sauce and to my ricotta mixture for baked ziti and lasagna. The kids always eat it up!
