Baby Update [9 Months]

Jul 1, 2014 1 Comment

Mr. Joey is 9 months old today! 9 months! I can’t believe it. As much as I love the predictable routine, the giggles, and exploration and confidence that comes with 9 months of age, I can’t help but be a little sad that our baby is growing up. As I sit here with a warm cup of coffee (and napping baby- YES!), tears and smiles hit my face as I spend a few minutes going through Joey’s iPhoto library. I hope you enjoy this monthly photo recap as much as I do!

Day 1: Sleeping angel… the sleeping only lasted for a few hours then the “hey where am I?” howling began. He had the cutest howl 😉

1st Month: Becoming more alert and observant by the minute.

2nd Month: No smiles yet… but started the scowl face! Just as cute IMO.

3rd Month: Joey is baptized! Oh and he had his first ear infection…

4th Month: Joey finds his voice! And loves playing on his jungle mat.

5th Month: Joey soothes himself with 2 fingers… hook em’ horns, surf’s up?!

6th Month: Mr. Smiley = Mr. Mobile in his crib! Looking for the easiest escape route.

7th Month: LOVING solid foods! Mom’s not loving the mess…

8th Month: Little ham loves running errands with Mom and Dad, especially grocery shopping.

9th Month: How can he get any cuter?! We’ll find out next month!
