Strawberry Almond Protein Balls make the perfect protein-packed snack when you’re kiddos arecraving something sweet AND nutritious. A perfect grab and go snack or lunchbox treat!Disclaimer: This post has been brought to you in partnership with Healthy Height. All thoughts, opinions, and motherhood-musings are my own.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about children since now having 4 eating pretty much the same thing for a few years [how is Michael two years old?!] is that they are little creatures of habit. And Mom can’t break these habits, especially when it comes to snacks.

Seriously though. We can just finish a meal, and someone will be asking for a snack. In fact, I think Anthony recently asked for a snack, then more dinner, then another snack. There’s no stopping the snacking madness!

In an effort to take back our mindless snacking habits and get into a better snack time routine this fall, I’m not saying “no way!” to snacks, but I’m finding ways to make them healthier [and tastier] with a few key nutrients like Healthy Height shake mix. And that’s exactly what you’ll find in these strawberry almond protein balls.

I’ve partnered with Healthy Height to create these Strawberry Almond Protein Balls- and a few other recipe ideas the past few months [link to other recipes]. Healthy Height shake mix has been linked to several health benefits, including helping kids grow, and is a great option for picky eaters, active kids, or children in need of a protein or nutrition boost.

I’m not saying we need to STOP snacking all together, but I’m clearly looking for ways to make smarter and healthier snack choices for my Four Tops. And from the sounds of it, you might be too. So, give these Strawberry Almond Protein Balls a try, and say yes to better snacking!
