Good Monday morning my friends! I was feeling a little extra productive after what seemed to be a whirlwind of a weekend and wanted to quickly share one of my FAVORITE grilling recipes. Ever. Grilled pork chops with lemony dill sauce. A recipe that might have a long name, and could seem a little fancy to few, but one that’s been in Sue Caputo’s recipe books for as long as I can remember [Sue is my Mom for those of you that are new to the blog].

Neither she nor I can take credit for these grilled pork chops with lemony dill sauce. We’ll give credit where credit is due, Better Homes and Gardens. While I could type out the entire recipe, I’m not THAT productive today, and decided that a picture would do it for you! So, either PIN, print or save the image to your desktop. Because you do NOT want to miss out on this recipe for lemony dill sauce.

We had this meal for Sunday dinner last night and honestly, I woke up today thinking I’ll save the leftovers for myself! Joey took a few bites before he gobbled up his dinner roll, Anthony dipped his pork chop in ketchup, and Lily, well she asked for more! If that’s not telling you to turn on your grill and fire up this recipe Memorial Day weekend, then I don’t know what will!

The designated grill master[s] at Sunday dinner. Eyes on the meat, Lily!
While we usually always use the lemony dill sauce for grilled pork chops, I’ve used it on grilled pork tenderloin and grilled chicken breasts as well. So many options for one simple sauce!

Closing up the computer [aka shop] because I hear little footsteps [they always find me when the computer is open and coffee is hot], but here’s to a productive, delicious week for us all!
