Steak Caesar Salads are a delicious and easy way to change-up your salad routine. Skip the chicken and go for steak when it comes to making this recipe.
I had too much fun laughing at my children and their very different personalities [eating personalities? preferences] when I made this recipe for steak Caesar salads. So much so I wanted to share a glimpse into a simple, no-brainer dinner made by yours truly that isn’t photo-shopped or photo-corrected. Kinda like most of the photos Mom takes around here. It wasn’t the fanciest recipe, but we all enjoyed some variation of this steak Caesar salad.
Here’s how we all enjoyed the steak Caesar salads:
Mom: I love adding extra crunch and nutrition to the same old romaine Caesar salad recipe-that’s where the pistachios and cucumbers come in. I also made this recipe a little easier on myself than using a homemade dressing. If you know Nana, though, she has THE BEST caesar salad dressing recipe here.
Joey: He had steak and lettuce. Not mixed. Or touching. Don’t even think about the food touching!
Anthony: Lettuce and lots of cucumbers [on the side] and dressing.
Lily: BEEF BABY! And lettuce with ranch.
Michael: None of the above. Well, actually, lots of bacon. And then a bowl of cereal.
That’s it! The quick and easy way we get some veggies during the week- helped made possible with a few storebought shortcuts.
Comment back and let me know what you’re making this week!
