50 toddler meal ideas to help your family plan meals easier from two real-life mom dietitians. Free PDF available!

If you’ve been lucky enough to parent or spend an extended amount of time with a toddler or two, you’ll quickly realize their day revolves around food. While it’s easy to stick with a simple mealtime routine of favorites, it’s not always the best for their palates in the long run. I mean, if you were given the option of grilled cheese every day would you even blink an eye at the broccoli? I think not!

50+ Toddler Meal Ideas meant to inspire you in the kitchen and your toddler at the table! This FREE PDF resource has recipes and accompanying images of healthy meals the whole family can enjoy, specifically toddlers!

Why You Will Love Our 50+ Toddler Meal Ideas

I’ve found that having an arsenal of healthy meal ideas on hand has not only helped me expose my toddlers to new foods, flavors, and textures, it’s also helped the entire family eat the same thing! While there’s nothing wrong with the occasional grilled cheese, I’ve partnered with my friend and fellow toddler-mom, Lindsay from The Lean Green Bean, to bring you 50+ Toddler Meal Ideas to help all of us think beyond traditional kid-food options when it comes to mealtime with your toddler.

Our hope is that this FREE PDF [scroll below to sign up] will not only inspire you in the kitchen but help make your toddler into a little sous chef! The best part is every recipe and image included in this meal guide shows food the whole family can enjoy—- not just toddlers!

Toddler Meal Planning Tips

  1. Have your child help! Such as prepare the food, cook, set the table, and clean up.
  2. Have at least one of each macro in the meal. Carb, protein, and fat.
  3. The more variety the better! Prepping some produce ahead helps with this.
