Why You’ll Love These Santa Hat Brownie Bites

These Santa Hat Brownie Bites check all the boxes for a stress-free holiday dessert. I originally shared this recipe back in 2023 when I was co-teaching a cooking elective for middle schoolers. HELLO. If I’m baking with middle schoolers, you can certainly bake with your toddlers. The age groups are not that much different [lol]. So, really, this festive recipe is simple enough for a classroom party or fancy enough for Christmas-themed gathering- baked and assembled by toddlers and middle schoolers alike!

Tips for Making These with Kids

A few small tips make this even more fun and mess-friendly.

Let Kids Decorate Freely

No two Santa hats need to look the same — that’s part of the fun.

Assemble Just Before Serving

Whipped cream holds best when added shortly before serving.
