Grilled pork chops with lemon dill sauce make a delicious main for any BBQ or outdoor gathering. Fresh, fast, and simple, the sauce is where it’s at!

With Mother’s Day weekend upon us, I wanted to quickly share one of my FAVORITE grilling recipes. Ever. Grilled pork chops with lemon dill sauce. A recipe that might have a long name, and could seem a little fancy to few, but one that’s been in Sue Caputo’s recipe books for as long as I can remember [Sue is my Mom for those of you that are new to the blog].

Neither she nor I can take credit for these grilled pork chops with lemon dill sauce. We’ll give credit where credit is due, Better Homes and Gardens. While I could type out the entire recipe, I’m not THAT productive today, and decided that a picture would do it for you! So, either PIN, print or save the image to your desktop. Because you do NOT want to miss out on this recipe for lemony dill sauce.

There are certain recipes that bring me back to my childhood, and this is definitely one of them. I woke up today thinking I should just make this for myself- not knowing if my 4 roomies would enjoy it. But then I remembered that when we’ve made this is the past, Joey usually takes a few bites, Anthony dips his in ketchup, Lily asks for more, and Michael? Well. No comment.

While we usually always use the lemon dill sauce for grilled pork chops, I’ve used it on grilled pork tenderloin and grilled chicken breasts as well. So many options for one simple sauce!

Closing up the computer [aka shop] because I hear little footsteps [they always find me when the computer is open and coffee is hot], but here’s to a relaxing, delicious week for us all- Mom’s especially!
