I have some exciting news to share with you all! You might remember that a few weeks ago I “teased” the launch of my first e-book. Well today is that day to announce the release of Table Talk: Tips and Tricks for Feeding Young Children. Now before you start thinking I have superwoman powers because I wrote this with a newborn and two toddlers, the reality is this book has been in the making since this time last year. Seriously. Plus, it’s co-authored with one of my favorites, registered dietitian mom and friend, Lindsay from The Lean Green Bean. I can’t take all the credit!!!
But seriously, this project was a no-brainer to complete. Time and time again I’m asked for advice about feeding kids, specifically the baby and toddler-age. Why? Well I’m in the thick of this stage with my kids. And so is Lindsay with her little guy Chase [and a baby on the way]. What I can tell you is this book is packed with real-life examples of things that have worked for us when it comes to attempting to raise a healthy family. I say “attempt” because some days the method to my madness works. And others? Well we eat grilled cheese and dinosaur chicken nuggets.
To learn more about what’s inside Table Talk, head on over to this page. There you’ll find info on how to order your copy today!
I want to take a quick minute to thank Lindsay for brainstorming and executing this idea with me. Guys, she had to deal with a hormonal crazy typo hot mess [me]. I also want to thank Ted, Joey and Anthony [and now Lily] for being the inspiration for this book. Without them, I wouldn’t have test subjects, messy floors, and most of all, cute little faces to clean-up post mealtime. And yes, Ted cleans his own face!
Hope you enjoy reading Table Talk as much as I enjoyed writing it!
