Grilled BBQ Shrimp Skewers

  • 1-pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce [we use Open Pit Original]
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  1. Add shrimp to a large resealable plastic bag. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl and add to bag. Seal and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Heat grill over medium high heat.
  4. Place skewers on grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink.
  5. Serve immediately.
