Veggie Sauté with Garlic and Soy Sauce

Serves: 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced thin
- ½ yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
- ¼ yellow onion, sliced thin
- 1 cup green beans, washed and trimmed
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds [optional, not pictured]
- Combine soy sauce, honey, and garlic in one bowl.
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions and saute 5-7 minutes, or just until tender.
- Add soy sauce mixture. Cook an additional 5 minutes stirring consistently.
- Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
