Elvis-Inspired Hummus Breakfast Toast

  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • ½ cup Sabra Classic Hummus
  • 1 large banana, sliced thin
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup peanut butter, melted
  1. Top each slice of bread with 1-2 tablespoons of hummus. Add bananas slices and bacon crumbles evenly over each piece of toast.
  2. Drizzle with peanut butter. Eat immediately.
