Slow Cooker Herb Chicken

Serves: 4-6 servings
  • 3 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle with seasonings and top with butter. Stir to coat evenly. Cover slow cooker and cook on high for 3 hours.
  2. Once cooked through, stir, and top with shredded Parmesan cheese. Serve with your favorite whole grain and vegetable, and drizzle chicken with extra sauce.
If you decide not to shred chicken, cook on high for 4-5 hours.
