Slow Cooker Ground Beef Hoagie Sandwiches

  • 1 lb. lean Ground Beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, washed
  • 1 cup canned French onion soup
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6-8 hoagie rolls
  1. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking into crumbles.
  2. Add beef, garlic, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and soup to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. To serve, top hoagie rolls with beef mixture, shredded cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
