Baked Apple Chips

  • 3 large apples
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 225. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Slice apples as thin as possible. Spread apples on baking sheet, without overlapping the apple slices.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place baking sheets in oven and bake for one hour. Then flip the apple slices and bake for an additional hour.
  4. Let the chips cool completely. Then serve or store in an airtight container.
