Baked Apple Chips

Serves: 4-6 servings
- 3 large apples
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 225. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice apples as thin as possible. Spread apples on baking sheet, without overlapping the apple slices.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Place baking sheets in oven and bake for one hour. Then flip the apple slices and bake for an additional hour.
- Let the chips cool completely. Then serve or store in an airtight container.
