In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and asparagus. Cooking, tossing occasionally, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the asparagus.
Toss with lemon juice, lemon slices, and Parmesan cheese immediately before serving.
