PB & J Bites

Serves: 12-15 bites
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup jelly [I used strawberry]
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  1. Add ingredients to food processor. Cover and pulse on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until the dough forms.
  2. Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop out dough and then roll between your palms to form the bites.
  3. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
Swap out the jelly with your favorite flavor or instead use a ¼ cup dried fruit.
