Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Truvia® Nectar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ½ medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut in half
  • Cooked brown rice for serving
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Truvia, ginger, and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Add oil to large skillet or wok over high heat. When hot, add the pork. Cook, stirring frequently, until browned on all sides about 5 minutes. Add green beans, onion and peppers. Cook for an additional 3, until the vegetables and pork are cooked through.
  3. Stir the sauce into the pan and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve over brown rice.
