Slow Cooker Pork Chops, Apples, and Onions

  • 3-4 boneless, center-cut pork chops, cut about 1-inch thick
  • 3 red delicious apples, diced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Combine vinegar, water, salt, pepper, and brown sugar. Set aside.
  2. Add onions and apples to slow cooker insert. Add pork chops. Top with sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
  4. Serve immediately, with additional sauce/drippings from bottom of the slow cooker insert.
