Mexican Layered Hummus Dip

- 2 cups Sabra Classic Hummus
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 jalapeno, minced [optional]
- Spread hummus in a small serving dish. Top with ingredients.
- Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
