[No-Bake] Peanut Butter Granola Bars

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ⅔ cup Rice Chex
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds [optional]
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 seconds.
  2. In that same bowl add the oats and Chex, crumbling the Chex mixture as you stir. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper. Press cereal mixture firmly in pan. Cool for an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Slice into 8 bars. Keep bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
