Artichoke Feta Dip

Serves: 6-8 servings
- 1-14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 6 ounces cow’s milk feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Transfer to a glass pie plate and bake, uncovered for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Serve immediately.
