Artichoke Feta Dip

  • 1-14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces cow’s milk feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Transfer to a glass pie plate and bake, uncovered for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
  3. Serve immediately.
