Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie

Serves: 3-4 servings
- 1 medium-sized sweet potato, cooked
- 1 medium-sized banana, peeled
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup ice
- Add all ingredients into your blender. Cover; blend on high for about one minute or until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
To cook the sweet potato, poke the sweet potato with a fork, place on a microwave safe dish, and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, turning once.
