Roasted Vegetable and Hummus Flatbread

  • 1 Flatout Flatbread
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • ¾ cup roasted veggies
  • 2 tablespoons of feta cheese
  1. Preheat your oven to 375. Layer Flatbread with hummus, veggies, and cheese.
  2. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
  3. You could also microwave the assembled Flatbread on a microwaveable safe plate for 30-45 seconds on high.
