Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowls

Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized apple, chopped
  • ½ cup 2% fat cottage cheese
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Suggested Mix-In's:
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter, melted
  • ¼ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients. Mix well. Top with cinnamon.
  2. Add your favorite mix-in's or eat as-is. Eat immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.
