Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bowls

- 1 medium sized apple, chopped
- ½ cup 2% fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Suggested Mix-In's:
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon nut butter, melted
- ¼ cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- In a small bowl, add all of the ingredients. Mix well. Top with cinnamon.
- Add your favorite mix-in's or eat as-is. Eat immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to eat.
