¼ teaspoon each of cumin, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lime juice
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place beef and marinade in a food-safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight.
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Remove steak from marinade. Grill steak for 15-20 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5-10 minutes before carving.

Optional: taco shells, salsa, shredded cheese, sautéed bell pepper and onion
