Cucumber Dill Greek Yogurt Dip

Serves: 1 cup
  • 1 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Serve immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to serve.
  2. Spread on pita chips, dip with chicken kabobs or chicken tenders, use as a Ground Beef burger topping, dip with cucumber or celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, or sugar snap pea pods
