Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

  • 4 [1/2 cup] popsicle molds
  • 2 cups of vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, chopped
  1. In a small bowl, stir the yogurt and fruit.
  2. Pour yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a ΒΌ inch of room at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with the lids before freezing. Place the pops into the freezer for approximately 3-4 hours, until frozen.
  4. To unmold the pop, simply run the mold until warm water for 10-15 seconds. Serve immediately.
If your yogurt is thick and not pourable, thin out with milk, water, or juice.
