  • 1 cup of chocolate milk
  • ½ cup of nonfat yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¼ cup of walnuts
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Add more ice for desired consistency as needed.
