Crockpot Shredded Beef

  • 3 pound beef chuck roast
  • 1-14.5oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1-8oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  1. Place roast in crockpot. Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the roast.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Remove beef from crockpot and shred with forks. Serve with additional liquid if needed.
