Slow Cooker Cranberry Applesauce

Serves: 3 cups
  • 4 apples [your choice], diced
  • 1 orange, juiced + save the zest
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  1. Add all of of the ingredients to your slow cooker. If the juice you reserved from the orange does not equal ¼ cup of liquid, add enough water to do so.
  2. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  3. Mash to desired consistency with an immersion blender, standard blender, or with a fork like I did!
