Chicken Bacon Ranch Skillet

Serves: 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1.5 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Ranch dressing for serving
- Add oil to hot skillet. Add chicken, bacon and top with shredded cheese. Cover with lid and warm through until cheese has melted.
- Serve over your favorite whole grain rice or pasta, in between sandwich bread or rolls, or as-is with a side salad.
