  • 1 cup leafy greens
  • 3 ounces Roast Beef Deli Meat, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice swiss cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup sauerkraut
  • ¼ cup croutons
  • 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
  • Optional: dill pickles for garnish or toppings
