Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- Sauce:
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- For Serving:
- ¾ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup green onion, chopped
- Combine ingredients for sauce and set aside.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles.
- Once chicken is cooked through, add sauce to the pan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
