Healthy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 medium sized banana, peeled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup fat-free milk OR lactose-free milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: drop of green food coloring
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to high speed blender. Puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
