Healthy Shamrock Shake

Serves: 2-3 servings
- 1 medium sized banana, peeled
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ⅛ teaspoon peppermint extract
- ΒΌ teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup fat-free milk OR lactose-free milk
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: drop of green food coloring
- Add ingredients to high speed blender. Puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
