- For the pulled pork:
- 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1- 12 ounce jar salsa verde
- Consider serving with:
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Salsa verde
- Red onion, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Cabbage, shredded
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cut the pork tenderloin into thirds. Add to slow cooker. Top with cumin and salsa.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours. Shred with two forks.
- Serve with one or more of the toppings suggested above!
