[No-Bake] Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Serves: 8 bars
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- ⅔ cup Rice Chex
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds [optional]
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 20 seconds.
- In that same bowl add the oats and Chex, crumbling the Chex mixture as you stir. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Line an 8x8 pan with wax paper. Press cereal mixture firmly in pan. Cool for an hour in the refrigerator.
- Slice into 8 bars. Keep bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
