Slow Cooker Honey Mustard Chicken

Serves: 4-6 servings
- 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ΒΌ cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard [you can swap yellow mustard + 2 tablespoons honey]
- Black pepper to taste
- Add ingredients in slow cooker and mix until combined. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and add back to sauce. Serve immediately.
