No Bake Nut Lover's Bars

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup hazelnut spread
Instructions
  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey in a large, microwavable safe bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir, and microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
  2. Add oats and nuts. Mix well.
  3. Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly in the pan. Drizzle with softened hazelnut spread.
  4. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into bars [I made 8]. Store in an airtight container in your fridge for up to one week.
