Roasted Vegetable and Hummus Flatbread

- 1 Flatout Flatbread
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- ¾ cup roasted veggies
- 2 tablespoons of feta cheese
- Preheat your oven to 375. Layer Flatbread with hummus, veggies, and cheese.
- Place on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
- You could also microwave the assembled Flatbread on a microwaveable safe plate for 30-45 seconds on high.
