Apple Tuna Salad for Sandwiches and Salads

Serves: 4 servings
- 2- 6-ounce cans of tuna
- 1 small apple, cored and chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ΒΌ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Serve immediately or store in your refrigerator [covered] for up to three days.
Serve on whole wheat bread, spread on crackers, or on top of fresh lettuce greens.
