Line a non-stick baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt on half of one graham cracker. Top with a few strawberries and place on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining graham crackers.
Freeze until the yogurt has set, about one hour. Serve immediately with a glass of milk!
