Avocado Ice Pops

Serves: 4 popsicles
- 1 cup peeled avocado, chopped
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Process until the cottage cheese becomes smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a ΒΌ inch of room at the top.
- Cover the molds with the lids before freezing. Place the pops into the freezer for approximately 3-4 hours, until frozen.
- To unmold the pop, simply run the mold until warm water for 10-15 seconds. Serve immediately.
