Avocado Ice Pops

Ingredients
  • 1 cup peeled avocado, chopped
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor. Process until the cottage cheese becomes smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a ΒΌ inch of room at the top.
  3. Cover the molds with the lids before freezing. Place the pops into the freezer for approximately 3-4 hours, until frozen.
  4. To unmold the pop, simply run the mold until warm water for 10-15 seconds. Serve immediately.
