Strawberry Basil Soup

Serves: 4- 8oz. servings
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 cup of strawberry flavored yogurt
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Cover and process until blended.
- Serve immediately or store in your refrigerator until ready to serve.
